This class focuses on flexibility, strength, body control, mobility and performance. Athletes will learn how to master reach body positive by stretching safely and effectively, using correct hand-foot grips, and completing a series of strength training drills

Starting May 7th
Learn to roll, tuck and twist. Our classes allow athletes to perfect current skills, while also progressing towards new ones.
Girls will learn cartwheels, round-offs, front & back walkovers, front & back rolls
Monday
Level 1
Ages 4-8 6-7pm
Level 2(Level 1 skills must be mastered)
Ages 6-12 7-8pm
